Why KLVS Children’s Choir?
Here at Kathryn Lowdon Vocal Studio, we believe that music should be accessible to all children, regardless of experience or ability . The choir offers children the chance to enjoy signing, build confidence and develop key musical skills. These include vocal technique, musical awareness and teamwork. Children do not need to read music and sessions are taught primarily by ear.
Big Ideas, Real Impact.
Children’s Choir is led by Joseph Bell, one of our vocal coaches here at KLVS. With a background in music and primary education he has worked with children of all ages throughout his career. Joseph is very passionate about creating a safe, supportive and enjoyable music environment where every child feels welcome. He want’s the choir to sing contemporary as well as classics and avid stuffy choir stereotypes.
